My password is not working? Or I can not log in with my password?

Here is the way you can reset your password.

1. Please click "Sign In" on the top of Magic B2B Platform;

2. Click "Forgot password?"

3. Input your registered email address, and then click"Next"button.

4. We will send an e-mail to your registered email address with a new password

5. Log in again with your new password

 

If it doesn't work, please contact  [email protected] to reset your password to 123456.
